- I am the holder of the business name, or an authorised representative of the holder, and I am authorised to request this cancellation through Business Switch.
- All outstanding lodgements, fees, and obligations associated with the business name have been completed or settled prior to submitting this request.
- I understand that once the business name has been cancelled, it will be removed from the ASIC Business Names Register, and the name may become available for registration by another party.
